Upon arrival, collect your luggage and board your transfer to Gothenburg.

Transfer time - 3 hours 30 mins

Check in to your accommodation and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure

As this is an extra day, no meals are included today.

Enjoy breakfast, then head to the tournament for your first group fixtures.

Spend the afternoon at the tournament hub, The Heden Centre, offering a skills arena, bubble ball and other activities

The Opening Ceremony will then take place this evening at the 50,000 capacity Nya Ullevi Stadium.

The Opening Ceremony is the week’s major gathering. A two-hour long show with music, dancing, fireworks, a presentation of all participating nations, and joy unbounded. With 50,000 people in a packed Ullevi, everyone’s there.

Continuation of tournament matches, group leaders' party, evening discos, and free time in the city to visit the Liseberg theme park, museums, and attractions.
